Access requirements

Learningfast requires no 3rd party software to run. All courses run natively in a user’s browser. The courses run on a dial-up or slow internet connection and do not require broadband Internet.

Learningfast online products are authored in the Learningfast rapid authoring tool – WebAniThing. WebAniThing delivers content in dynamic HTML, with no downloads or plug-ins required. Users simply view content via their web browser.

Internet Explorer is our stated browser platform - in the past we have not support FireFox or any other browsers that are in the market - as you can appreciate there is no way we could support our content on every possible browser, there are just too many and each has its own specifics which makes the task more complicated.

If you are currently having problems accessing the system:

  • Ensure you are using Internet Explorer 5 upwards
  • Change the security allowances. For instance, add www.learningfast.com.au to your trusted sites
  • Enable cookies as the system makes use of cookies extensively
  • Ensure pop-ups are not blocked
  • Allow the download of Active-X content.

If you still have problems loading content, this may be because of a caching problem. To clear your browser cache you will need to delete all Temporary Internet Files.
