The ICT Skills Benchmark program is for anyone who wants to certify their computer skills. ICT Skills Benchmark provides a foundation for the effective use of ICT products and services.

Pre-tests and post-tests are included to identify training needs, recommend an appropriate learning path and assess learning outcomes. Achievement of results over 80% in randomly selected post test questions awards the learner with a Learningfast Completion Certificate. This Certificate can also be customised to include your logo.

The ICT Skills Benchmark consists of eight competencies:

Competency 2: The functions of a Personal Computer
Competency 3: The Internet and Networks
Competency 4: Searching the Internet Effectively
Competency 5: Word Processing
Competency 6: Spreadsheets
Competency 7: Presentations and Drawings
Competency 8: Databases/Filing Systems
