Learningfast purchase online call logging system for its growing
customer base
With the continual growth of our customer base and our desire to always improve
on our existing 1st class customer support and service reputation,
Learningfast has purchased an online call logging system that will among other
things allow our customers to keep track, via our website, of their inquiry's
progress and which Learningfast team member is handling their inquiry.
Albert Matthews, General Manager, said 'Customer satisfaction is paramount to
our continual success, we are always looking at ways to improve our service and
support. The purchase of this new system (which will be released for all our
customers use by the end of October) will give our customers greater
flexibility and will be another building block in the 1st class customer
support and service that Learningfast is know for'.
